The B&B Rosemarie makes available to all the guests five rooms, distinguished with names of flowers: The Roses, The Tulips, The Sunflowers, Hydrangea and Lavender. The rooms are furnished in a simple manner and well finished in every detail. Each room has its own independent entrance, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, minibar, safe-deposit box and heating. The rooms and the whole outdoor area are provided with free Wi-Fi connection. The rooms offer a pleasant climate even in summer, despite the lack of air conditioning, thanks to the 70 cm thick stone walls and its geographical position. In fact, in winter the mitigating action of the sea and the lake of Bolsena prevails, while in summer the air coming from the top of the nearby Monte Amiata brings the temperature down to 20 ° C at night, even when it exceeds 35-40 ° C.
