The B&B Rosemarie is located two kilometers from the village of Manciano (Grosseto) in the south of Tuscan Maremma. Its location allows you to easily reach all the tourist attractions of the area. First of all, it is really close to the Mill Falls (or Gorello) and to Thermal Baths of Saturnia, an ideal destination for people who need thermal spa, or spend their stay in wellness, relax and body care. From the B&B in 10-30 minutes, art and history lovers will reach Sovana and its Archaeological Area, the Etruscan necropolis and the Vie Cave (Excavated Roads), the medieval villages of Pitigliano with the Jewish Quarter; Sorano with Palazzo Orsini and the homonyms Thermal Baths; Capalbio with the Tarot Garden; Montemerano, Magliano in Tuscany, Manciano and the nearby roman town of Statonia. In 40-50 minutes, beach and divers lovers can reach Porto Santo Stefano and the boarding areas to Giglio and Giannutri Islands, the beaches of Argentario, Capalbio and Uccellina. The naturalists can choose among the birdwatching in the Bolsena Lake and the WWF Oasis of Burano Lake and Orbetello or horseback riding and canoeing the Ombrone river in the Uccellina Park. In 40 minutes mountain lovers will arrive on Mount Amiata.

BY AIRPLANE – From Rome – “Leonardo da Vinci” Airport of Rome Fiumicino at about 140 km
From Pisa – “Galileo Galilei” Airport of Pisa (PI) to about 220 km.

BY TRAIN – Grosseto station – (Genoa – Rome line five daily trips): 65 km from Manciano. Two of these five races arrive at the Orbetelllo Monte Argentario station: 38 km from Manciano. Both from Grosseto and Orbetello you will find the buses (Rama) that will take you to Manciano. Orvieto station (Milan – Rome line) 75 km from Manciano

BY CAR FROM THE NORTH – Motorway A1 Milan-Bologna-Florence – Exit: Florence-Impruneta – Highway Siena-Grosseto – From the Grosseto est exit, follow the Scansano-Montemerano-Manciano. Alternatively, exit at Grosseto sud-Albinia-Manciano.
Motorway A1 Milan-Parma – A 15 Parma-La Spezia A 12 La Spezia-Livorno-Rosignano Marittimo-Grosseto – From the Grosseto Est exit, follow the Scansano-Montemerano-Manciano. Or exit at Grosseto south Albinia-Manciano

BY CAR FROM SOUTH – Motorway A12 Rome – Direction Civitavecchia, then state road Aurelia SS1 up to Montalto di Castro; at the crossroads of Vulci continue towards Manciano. From Rome center: about 150 km.
